Please arrive 15 minutes before your first session to ensure your full service. By arriving early, you'll be able to fill out the intake form without taking time away from your service.
Please remember that appointments are precisely times. If you arrive late, we will try to accommodate you but we cannot guarantee your full service; your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. See Cancellation & Late Policy for more information.
Refusal of Services:
Oasis Massage reserves the right to refuse service to any client who has acted in an inappropriate manner or who was not forthcoming about his/her medical condition that is a contraindication to receiving the scheduled service when the reservation was placed. Clients refused for medical reasons may be rescheduled after they have obtained a release from their healthcare provider.
Methods of Payment:
Oasis Massage accepts cash, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), FSA/HSA cards (some limitations apply), personal checks, Spa Finder & Spa Week gift cards. There is a $26 fee for all returned checks.
All payments are due upon receipt of services. All sales are final. Refunds are not available once a service has been provided.
We do not currently bill insurance, however, we can provide documentation for clients to seek reimbursement for services rendered. Please speak with your insurance company to find out which services are covered by your plan and if you need a referral/prescription from your healthcare provider.
Gratuities are not included in the price of any services or packages. However, at the client's discretion, gratuities are welcomed. The industry average ranges from 15-20% of the service fee.
Outcalls are available at the massage therapist's discretion for select services only during the off-season. Due to the increase in local traffic, outcall services are not available Memorial Day through Labor Day.
