The state of emergency for Massachusetts ends on June 15th and industry regulations will largely revert to pre-COVID policies. The primary exceptions to this include public transportation, inside of schools, and healthcare facilities. Massage technically falls into personal care services with hair and nail salons, not into healthcare. However, we focus on pain management with the intention of becoming a comprehensive wellness clinic. We see many clients that actively undergo chemotherapy treatments. To drop the mask policy entirely seems irresponsible. Another factor that we have to consider is the season. Tourists come to the Cape from many areas, some with lower vaccination rates. To prevent a spike related to increase in travel, we plan to keep masks in place through the summer. We will reassess our policies in the fall, once tourism slows for the year. Our goal is to make everyone feel safe and comfortable. We have brainstormed and come up with a compromise that we will outline below. Our Policies The following policies will remain in effect until September, at which time we will reassess whether or not these need to become permanent changes to how we operate.

Pallas, Ashley & Mary have received their second vaccinations today, Tuesday, May 18th. We will take the following two days off in case of any side effects. Any messages received on these days will be returned on the Friday, May 21st. Masks and prescreening phone calls will not change yet but, as of June 1st, we will begin to partially reopen our waiting room. This means clients may check out and reschedule with Mary at the front desk. Paperwork will still be completed in the massage rooms. The doors will still be locked to prevent walk-ins by the general public. We are watching for changes in our industry's guidelines. Any changes to our operations & policies will be sent via email & posted on our blog. Problems & Solutions We want to thank everyone for their feedback. Everything we hear from you and see in reviews helps us improve. We have worked to correct or upgrade some details that haven't been up to our standards.
Tis the Season... Please make note of the following seasonal concerns we run into every year. We appreciate you helping us ensure you receive the best experience possible!
