Meet Lisa this Saturday during our Holiday Stroll!

​Meet Lisa
We have a new office manager! With a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Business Administration (concentration in organizational behavior) and a mind for data, Lisa worked for many years in the administrative side of healthcare...in an Emergency Department, Patient Financial Services, and Business Intelligence. Lisa was also certified as a Medical Coder for over ten years.

Lisa brings a varied customer service background, a friendly disposition, and an appreciation for the importance of wellness to our office. She lives on the Cape with her husband and daughter and enjoys spending time with their many family members who live nearby. (Full bio on website.)

Holiday Stroll 12/11 from 11am-4pm
This year, the West Dennis Holiday Stroll has 24 participating merchants! Pick up a brochure with the trolley map to see who is participating and what each merchant is offering. There are sales, raffles, and activities for all ages!

Stop by Oasis Massage during the stroll and get one FREE raffle ticket. (More details on prizes and our annual raffle below.) Lisa will be on hand during the stroll to help with any retail or gift certificate purchases. Sara will be at the office providing FREE mini Reiki or mini Reflexology sessions. Ashley will be at Holly's Deli during the stroll providing FREE chair massages. (Pallas will unfortunately not be present during the stroll due to a family funeral that day.)

Gift Certificate Raffle
We have FIVE gift certificates and FIVE goodie bags (valued at ~$50 each) to give away! How do you win one of these? Earn one raffle ticket for every $50 spent at Oasis Massage between Dec 1st and Dec 24th. This includes services for yourself, gift certificates, and retail items. (Raffle tickets are awarded per transaction; not cumulative across multiple transactions.) Winners will be drawn and announced on Tuesday (12/28), so we don't spoil any surprise gifts.

Weather Closures
Closing due to weather is a two part decision. First, the office must have power. Second, staff and clients must be able to get there safely. Our general rule of thumb is following the DY school district closures. 

In the event of a weather closure, we notify scheduled clients as soon as we can via telephone or email. If we need to reschedule your appointment, you will not be charged a late cancellation fee or a missed appointment fee. 

Winter Holidays
We will be closed on Christmas Day (12/25), and New Year's Day (1/1). We will also close at 4pm on the eve of each holiday (12/24, 12/31). Thank you for understanding that we need time to enjoy the holidays with our own families!

Price Change & Membership Contract Update
As of January, our rates for a 60-min will increase from $99 to $100. This slight increase will affect the cost of a series and monthly membership but not the discount percentages.  Our membership discount percentage, previously undefined, will be 20%. This increases the rate from $75 to $80 for new members. The updated membership contract will also have language to include reiki and reflexology, not just massage. For questions on existing memberships, please call and we will review your contract with you.
