How to Book an Appointment Online
Booking your appointment online is quick and easy! Please note that creating a client profile and booking an appointment are two separate steps. Follow these instructions to schedule your next visit:
Step 1: Create Your Client Profile
If you’re a new client, you’ll need to create a profile before booking:

If you already have an account, log in with your email and password.
Step 3: Start Booking Your Appointment

Step 5: Choose a Staff Member (Optional)

After Booking
Step 1: Create Your Client Profile
If you’re a new client, you’ll need to create a profile before booking:
- Go to our online booking site.
- Click Sign Up or Create Account.
- Fill in your contact information and set a password.
- Complete the registration to activate your profile.
Step 2: Log In
If you already have an account, log in with your email and password.
Step 3: Start Booking Your Appointment
- Click on the Appointments tab.
- Click Browse Appointment Schedule to view available times on the calendar.
Step 4: Select Your Service
- Choose the service you want from the list.
- Pick the specific appointment type under that service.
Step 5: Choose a Staff Member (Optional)
- Select a preferred provider or leave it on All to see all staff availability.
Step 6: Select Date & Time
- Pick a day and time that works for you. You can filter by weekday or date.
- Click Search to see open slots.
Step 7: Confirm Your Selection
- Review the available times and click Book next to your preferred appointment slot.
Step 8: Review & Add Notes
- Double-check your appointment details.
- Add any notes or special requests for your provider, if needed.
Step 9: Finalize Your Booking
- Click Book Appointment to secure your spot.
Payment & Confirmation
- Prepaid Services: If you have a prepaid membership or package, the system will automatically apply the service to your appointment—no further payment is needed.
- Paying at Checkout: If you don’t have prepaid services available, prepayment is required to complete your booking.
- Using a Gift Card:
- Select your appointment and proceed to checkout.
- Choose Gift Card as your payment method.
- Enter your gift card number and click Apply.
- If your gift card covers the full amount, no additional payment is required. If there’s a balance, enter payment details for the difference.
- Click Place Order to finalize.
After Booking
- You can view your upcoming appointments under My Schedule.
- Past purchases and payment history are available under My Info.
Booking an appointment online is quick and easy! Follow these steps to schedule your next visit:
- Log In – Go to our online booking site and log in with your account. If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll need to create one.
- Go to Appointments – Click on the Appointments tab to start the booking process.
- Browse Availability – Click the Browse Appointment Schedule button to view available appointment times on a calendar.
- Select a Service – Choose the service you’d like to book from the list.
- Pick an Appointment Type – Select the specific appointment type under your chosen service.
- Choose a Staff Member (Optional) – Select a specific provider or leave it on "All" to see availability for all staff.
- Select Date & Time – Pick a weekday, date, and time that works best for you, or leave the default to see all available options. Click Search to continue.
- Confirm Your Selection – Review the available times and click Book next to your preferred appointment slot.
- Review & Add Notes – Double-check your appointment details and add any notes for the provider if needed.
- Finalize Your Booking – Click Book Appointment to secure your spot.
