How to Book an Appointment Online

1. Go to our online booking page.
   
   
2. Select the service you want to book.
   
   
3. Choose any add-ons if offered, then click Continue.
   
   
4. Choose your preferred provider, or select Any Staff, then click Continue.
   
   
5. Select your date and time, then click Add to Cart.
   
   
6. Sign in to your account, or create one if you’re new. 
   
   
7. Review your appointment details and click Continue to go to checkout.
   
   
8. At checkout, review your service, date, time, provider, and total due.
   
   
9. If you are using a gift card, select Gift Card as your payment method and enter the gift card number before completing your booking.
   
   
10. Complete payment and click Confirm Booking.

Important payment policy: If you plan to use a gift card, you must select Gift Card as your payment method during checkout. Once payment has been processed, payment methods cannot be changed or refunded solely to use a different form of payment.

Helpful notes

• Creating an account does not book an appointment. You must complete all booking and checkout steps.
• If you have a package, membership, or other eligible pricing on file, it may apply automatically at checkout.
• If your gift card does not cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance with another payment method.
• After your booking is complete, you’ll see a confirmation message.
