How to Book an Appointment Online

Booking an appointment online is quick and easy! Follow these steps to schedule your next visit:
  1. Log In – Go to our online booking site and log in with your account. If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll need to create one.
  2. Go to Appointments – Click on the Appointments tab to start the booking process.
  3. Browse Availability – Click the Browse Appointment Schedule button to view available appointment times on a calendar.
  4. Select a Service – Choose the service you’d like to book from the list.
  5. Pick an Appointment Type – Select the specific appointment type under your chosen service.
  6. Choose a Staff Member (Optional) – Select a specific provider or leave it on "All" to see availability for all staff.
  7. Select Date & Time – Pick a weekday, date, and time that works best for you, or leave the default to see all available options. Click Search to continue.
  8. Confirm Your Selection – Review the available times and click Book next to your preferred appointment slot.
  9. Review & Add Notes – Double-check your appointment details and add any notes for the provider if needed.
  10. Finalize Your Booking – Click Book Appointment to secure your spot.​

Payment & Confirmation

  • ​Prepaid Services – If you have a prepaid service (such as a membership or package) on your account, the system will automatically apply the oldest available service to your appointment. No additional payment is needed.
  • Paying at Checkout – If you do not have a prepaid service, you will be required to prepay at checkout.
  • Using a Gift Card – You can redeem a gift card online by following these steps:
    • Select your appointment as usual and proceed to checkout.
    • On the payment screen, select Gift Card as your payment method.
    • Enter the gift card number in the required field.
    • Click Apply to deduct the amount from your total.
    • If the gift card covers the full amount, no further payment is needed. If a balance remains, enter your payment details to cover the difference.
    • Click Place Order to finalize your booking.

Once your appointment is booked, you can view upcoming appointments under My Schedule or check past purchases under My Info.
