Foot Reflexology

Reflexology is a therapeutic technique based on the principle that specific points on the feet, hands, and head correspond to other areas of the body. By applying targeted pressure to these points, reflexology supports the body's natural healing processes and promotes overall balance. This holistic treatment can alleviate tension, improve circulation, and enhance overall well-being.

At Oasis Massage, we offer reflexology as a 30-minute stand-alone foot treatment or integrated into 60- or 90-minute massage or Reiki sessions.

What to Expect
During a reflexology session, your practitioner will use precise thumb and finger techniques to stimulate reflex points on the feet. This session is not a massage but a specialized practice that works to balance your body's systems through gentle, focused pressure. For combination services, reflexology will be seamlessly integrated with your massage or Reiki session.

Reflexology sessions are typically relaxing and can be done while you remain fully clothed. For the stand-alone foot reflexology treatment, no lotion or oil is required.

Benefits of Reflexology
