Massage Services
Sports Massage
Sports massage promotes flexibility, reduces fatigue, improves endurance, helps prevent injuries and prepares the body and mind for optimal performance. A useful component in a balanced training regimen, sports massage is designed to focus on areas that get overused and stressed from repetitive or aggressive movements to enhance pre-event preparation and reduce recovery time. Let us help you design a plan that will work with your schedule, level of activity and budget. This style of massage requires more client interaction throughout the session. Session may included assisted stretching on a yoga or pilates mat if client brings comfortable clothes. Available for 30-min, 60-min or 90-min. |
Chair Massage
This convenient method of mobile massage therapy generally lasts about 15 minutes per person and makes a perfect addition to indoor & outdoor events. Clients are fully clothed & seated in a specially designed chair. The therapist generally targets the neck, shoulders and back, although a full body massage can be given. On-site chair massage can be done almost anywhere, including professional offices, work places & sporting events. Ideal for sports teams that want to play at peak performance; get an edge on your opponent by having a massage therapist on-hand during practices & games! Available in 30-min increments; 60-min minimum. Outcall fee applies. |
Ancient Thai Massage (Nuad Bo Rarn)
Thai massage focuses on acupressure to restore the flow of energy. During a Thai massage session, the therapist combines stretching, acupressure, and passive yoga positions to open the channels and restore the flow of energy within the body. These techniques are traditionally done with the client fully clothed on a padded floor mat, however, many of these stretching & compression techniques can be modified for use on a massage table. This style may get integrated into a sport massage; depending on LMT booked. |
Massage Cupping
This myofascial decompression technique uses soft suction cups to apply negative pressure to the skin & underlying tissues, creating both local & systemic benefits. Cupping can help reduce inflammation, increase circulation, and enhance the effects of deep tissue massage. Book a Sports Massage with Cupping Add-on. |

Pallas completed her Personal Training Certification in July 2022. Her approach to fitness focuses more on corrective exercise, functional movement patterns, core stabilization, and endurance. For advanced athletes and clients with goals that require other specializations, she will offer referrals to more experienced personal trainers.
We are in the process of developing a variety of fitness-related services that combine massage therapy with her new skills as a personal trainer. We need to find a larger facility prior to offering Individual & Group Training.
The following services are still in development...

Postural Analysis
Muscle imbalances can cause postural deviations, pain, and increase the risk of injury from resulting muscle compensation patterns. By identifying these imbalances, you can get an idea of where to start to correct issues and break the pain cycle. This analysis should increase the efficacy of massage and fitness services by zeroing in on the areas you need focused on.
To complete a postural analysis, we need front & side view photos of you standing at rest as well as front & side view video of you performing 3-5 overhead squats. (You will do 6-10 squats total.) Photos must be in a well lit space with a plain or solid background and include your entire body within the frame (head to feet). Please wear fitted workout clothes; oversized or baggy clothes will skew the analysis. Do not wear shoes; wear socks or go barefoot. Sample photos/videos provided below.
Postural analysis may not be suitable for clients with scoliosis, with a history of surgical repair to bones (such as spinal fusions or joint replacements), or who cannot safely perform the required overhead squats.

Initial Fitness Assessment
Required prior to participating in individualized personal training. This includes client intake forms, client measurements, postural analysis, and performance assessments. Intake forms determine client fitness goals, current lifestyle, and overall medical health. Measurements include weight and circumference of different areas to provide a base level for comparison. Performance assessments during various activities determines current abilities and maximal thresholds. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows movement and sneakers. |
Fitness Re-Assessment
Similar to the initial fitness assessment, the CPT will take new measurements and clients will perform various activities to assess changes in their abilities and maximal thresholds. The new results get compared to the initial assessment results to track overall progress and ensure clients have appropriately challenging exercises. We recommend completing a reassessment every 4-6 weeks of active participation in a personal training program. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows movement and sneakers. |
