  3. Practitioners' Hands-On Demonstration: For practitioner roles, we'd like to see your skills in action. You'll have the chance to provide a hands-on demonstration of your abilities, ensuring the best fit for our team.
  4. Receive a Job Offer: If selected, you'll receive a job offer! We'll extend the offer to you, and you'll have five days to respond to secure your place with us.

Hiring Process Details

90-Day Onboarding Period
When you join our team, you’ll start with a supportive 90-day onboarding period designed to help you thrive. During your first three months, you’ll have weekly 30-minute check-ins with your direct supervisor to make sure you’re settling in comfortably, learning the ropes, and getting the tools you need to succeed. At the end of the 90 days, we’ll have your first performance review to discuss your progress, any adjustments to your schedule, and potential pay increases based on your performance.
