Check In:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first session to ensure your full service. By arriving early, you'll be able to complete the intake form without taking time away from your service. You can also download forms using the button below; please bring completed forms with you to your appointment. Please remember that appointments are precisely timed. If you arrive late, we will try to accommodate you but we cannot guarantee your full service; your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. See Cancellation & Late Policy for more information. |
Methods of Payment Accepted:
All payments are due upon receipt of services. See our Refund Policy here. *These payment methods do not allow gratuities or OMTeam memberships (autopay). While we do not currently accept insurance, we can provide copies of notes and receipts to allow clients to seek reimbursement for services received. Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included in the price of any services or packages. However, at the client's discretion, gratuities are welcomed. The industry average ranges from 15-20% of the service fee. All gratuities go directly to intended recipient. To ensure our staff's privacy, please make checks out to "Oasis Massage" and not the individual therapists. Many of our staff accept gratuities via Venmo, for those clients that do not wish to handle cash at this time. |
Refusal of Services:
Oasis Massage reserves the right to refuse service to any client who has acted in an inappropriate manner or who was not forthcoming about his/her medical condition that is a contraindication to receiving the scheduled service when the reservation was placed. Clients refused for medical reasons may be rescheduled after they have obtained a release from their healthcare provider.
