Postural Analysis
Start here. Learn how your body is aligned, where it’s compensating, and how that may be affecting your comfort and movement. This one-on-one assessment identifies imbalances, restrictions, and dysfunctional patterns, forming the foundation for your personalized movement plan. Available with Pallas only. |
Kinesiotaping
A great add-on to any session or available as a standalone appointment. This technique supports joints and muscles during the healing process. While it offers short-term support, our goal is long-term function—tape is never a substitute for balanced movement. Available with Ashley, Pallas & Jennifer. |

In this guided session, your therapist gently stretches you—no effort required on your part. These slow, static stretches target tight fascia and muscle tissue to improve mobility, reduce tension, and enhance recovery. (This is a stand-alone appointment, not combined with massage.)
