Receptionist Training: The Foundation of Success
All administrative positions begin with training as a Receptionist. This essential step ensures that each team member gains a comprehensive understanding of our company's operations and provides front desk coverage during breaks, sick days, and scheduled vacations. This foundational training serves as a springboard for promotion, available after 90 days. As an employer who values internal growth, we prioritize promoting from within before seeking external applicants.


Future Administrative Roles: Embrace the Journey
As Oasis Massage embarks on a journey of growth and expansion, we're excited to unveil our roadmap for upcoming administrative roles. The following positions are envisioned to enhance our operational efficiency, and they will be introduced in the following sequence:
  • Office Manager
  • Chief Administrator
  • HR Manager
  • Finance Manager
  • Marketing Manager
  • Facility Manager
  • Insurance Billing Specialist

Each role may include supervisory responsibilities and participation in weekly leadership team meetings. Our commitment is to provide a clear path for advancement, empowering our team members to take on higher-level responsibilities and fostering a culture of growth and professional development within our organization.

Hybrid Work Experience: Flexibility and Balance
We recognize the importance of work-life balance and offer some administrative tasks to be performed remotely. This hybrid work experience allows you to embrace flexibility while fulfilling your responsibilities effectively. Moreover, we have exciting hybrid positions available that combine administrative duties with practitioner roles, offering a unique and diverse work experience.


Pay Range
As an administrative powerhouse, your skills and contributions are highly valued. We offer competitive pay rates to ensure that your efforts are recognized and rewarded. Receptionists can expect a starting rate of $18-20 per hour, while Leadership Team positions begin at $22 per hour.
