Cancellation Policy:
All appointments are carefully timed. To avoid paying for missed appointments, a cancellation notice of 24 hours is required for all clients. Exceptions may be made to this policy for emergency situations; please speak with Office Manager to discuss your situation. Please note that work conflicts are not considered emergencies.
Late arrivals
Clients will receive the time remaining on their scheduled service and will be charged for the 100% of their scheduled appointment, regardless of actual length of service received. Clients that opt to reschedule instead of receiving a shortened service will be charged 50% of their scheduled appointment fee.

Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be issued by check to the original purchaser only; no exceptions.
- No refunds will be given once a service has been provided.
- For packages or memberships terminated early, refunds will be pro-rated at the full service rate before issuing the remaining balance.
- Retail items can be returned unused within 30 days with a receipt for a full refund.
- Refunds for cancellation or missed appointment fees require manager approval.
Outstanding Balance Policy:
All fees and/or unpaid services must be paid in full prior to scheduling future services.
For balances related to insurance billing, a payment plan may be implemented while continuing to complete the massage prescription. Payment plans will be set up on a case-by-case basis with client's budget in mind.

Client Termination Policy:
At Oasis Massage, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all our clients and staff. While we value every client relationship, there may be instances where it becomes necessary to terminate a client. Client termination may occur in the following instances:

- Inappropriate Behavior: Clients who engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior that violates our code of conduct and creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for our staff or other clients may be subject to termination.
- Non-Payment: Clients who consistently fail to pay for services rendered, resulting in outstanding balances, may face termination until the outstanding payments are settled.
- Failure to Disclose Relevant Medical Information: Clients who fail to provide accurate and complete medical information, especially when it poses safety concerns, may be terminated for their own safety.
- Frequent No-Shows or Cancellations: Clients who repeatedly miss appointments or cancel with insufficient notice, affecting our scheduling and causing disruptions to our therapists' schedules, may face termination.
- Failure to Comply with Policies: Clients who consistently disregard our policies and procedures, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, safety protocols, and code of conduct, may be subject to termination.
New clients will need to create a Mindbody profile prior to booking an appointment online.
