New Client Intake Process

We have specific appointments for new clients that includes additional time to complete any required intake forms and have a thorough discussion with their practitioner.

  • for Relaxation & Maintenance services, new clients must book New Client Intake & Massage. This appointment has an additional 15 min added for paperwork and discussion. The fee for this service is the same as a 60 or 90 min massage appointment.

  • **in development** for Pain Management services, new clients must first book an appointment for a New Client Intake & Evaluation prior to receiving services.  This 45 min appointment costs $50 and is included in our pain management packages.

  • **in development** for Fitness services, new clients must first book an appointment for a New Client Intake & Evaluation with Fitness Assessment prior to receiving service. This __ min appointment costs $__ and is included in our sports packages.
