New Client Fitness Intake & Assessment
This is required prior to participating in individualized personal training.
This includes client intake forms, client measurements, postural analysis, and performance assessments. Intake forms determine client fitness goals, current lifestyle, and overall medical health. Measurements include weight and circumference of different areas to provide a base level for comparison. Performance assessments during various activities determines current abilities and maximal thresholds.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows movement and sneakers.
