To allow our staff to enjoy time with their families, we will be closed on the following holidays:
  • New Years' Day (We close early on New Year's Eve.)
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Thanksgiving Day

Weather Closings
Your safety and the safety of our staff are our top priorities during inclement weather. As a general guideline, if the Dennis-Yarmouth school system closes due to weather, it’s likely we will close as well.

Any weather-related closures will be announced on our Facebook page. If your appointment is impacted, we will contact you via phone and/or email to reschedule.

All payments are due upon receipt of services. ​See our Refund Policy here.

*These payment methods cannot be used for memberships (autopay).

We do NOT currently accept:
  • ClassPass
  • Spa Week Gift Cards
  • Insurance (direct billing)

While we do not currently accept insurance, we can provide copies of notes and detailed receipt to allow clients to seek reimbursement for services received. 
All services are by appointment only.

  • Online booking closes 24 hours in advance. 
  • We post any openings for the upcoming week on our Facebook.
  • Prepayment is required for all appointments booked online or via mobile app.
  • Not all services are available to book online.

  • Please be sure to clearly state your name & phone number with any messages. (If we can't understand you, we won't be able to call you back!)
  • Any calls received after hours will be returned on the next business day.​
We Do Not Expect Gratuities.
We consider ourselves to be part of the healthcare industry, not the spa industry; therefore we believe it is unethical to expect gratuities. Our rates are set so that our employees receive fair compensation for their time and skills, including a benefit package. 
Refusal of Services:
Oasis Massage reserves the right to refuse service to any client who has acted in an inappropriate manner or who was not forthcoming about his/her medical condition that is a contraindication to receiving the scheduled service when the reservation was placed. Clients refused for medical reasons may be rescheduled after they have obtained a release from their healthcare provider.
