Holiday Closures
To allow our staff time to rest and enjoy the holidays with their families, Oasis Massage will be closed on the following days:

(We close early on New Year’s Eve.) - Memorial Day

- Labor Day
- Indigenous Peoples’ Day (formerly Columbus Day)

Weather Closures
Your safety—and the safety of our staff—is our top priority during inclement weather.
As a general rule, if the Dennis-Yarmouth school district is closed due to weather conditions, it's likely that we will close as well.
All weather-related closures will be announced on our Facebook page.
If your appointment is affected, we will reach out to you via phone and/or email to reschedule as soon as possible.

- Use the calendar at the bottom of this page to view availability and book your appointment.
- Online booking closes 24 hours in advance.
- Any last-minute openings for the upcoming week are posted on our Facebook page.
- Prepayment or a credit card on file is required to hold all appointments.
- New clients will need to create a profile before booking.
- ⚠️ Please note: Creating a profile and booking an appointment are two separate steps.
- Several new clients have created a profile but did not complete the booking process—be sure to follow through and select your service, date, and time.

- Messages received after business hours will be returned the next business day.
Accepted Payment Methods:
All payments are due at the time of service.

Please note: FSA/HSA cards and Cape Wellness Collaborative cards cannot be used for memberships (autopay).
We Do Not Expect Gratuities.
Gratuities are always appreciated but never required. You may tip in cash at checkout. Our staff deeply values your generosity, which helps support their dedication and service.
We Do NOT Currently Accept:
Although we do not bill insurance directly, we are happy to provide detailed receipts and session notes upon request. Many of our clients have successfully received full or partial reimbursement by submitting this documentation to their insurance providers.

- Personal checks made out to Oasis Massage ($26 fee for any returned checks)
- Cape Wellness Collaborative cards* (Please call to book when using a CWC card)

Refusal of Services
Oasis Massage reserves the right to refuse service to any client who behaves inappropriately or who fails to disclose medical conditions that contraindicate the scheduled treatment at the time of booking.
Clients refused service for medical reasons may be eligible for rescheduling once they provide a release from their healthcare provider.
