A Step-by-Step Guide to Your New Career!
- Schedule an Interview and Apply Online: Take the first step by scheduling an interview with us and completing a digital application. This will allow us to know more about you and your qualifications.
- Meet with the Position's Direct Supervisor: During the interview, you'll have the opportunity to discuss essential aspects such as performance standards, compensation, and assess your compatibility with our company culture. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about the position.
- Practitioners' Hands-On Demonstration: For practitioner roles, we'd like to see your skills in action. You'll have the chance to provide a hands-on demonstration of your abilities, ensuring the best fit for our team.
- Receive a Job Offer: If selected, you'll receive a job offer! We'll extend the offer to you, and you'll have five days to respond to secure your place with us.
Hiring Process Details
We strive to be thorough and responsive throughout the hiring process. Each step, including interviews and evaluations, may take 1-2 weeks, depending on the number of applicants and available interview slots. Rest assured, we respond to all inquiries, and if, for any reason, you won't be moving forward in the process, we'll promptly notify you.

90-Day Trial Period
Upon joining our team, you'll have a 90-day trial period. After this period, you'll receive your first performance review. During the review, we may discuss schedule adjustments and pay increases based on your performance.
