Medical Leave Coverage With Potential for Long-Term Growth

Oasis Massage is seeking one or more Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team in preparation for a planned medical leave beginning in December 2026.

While our immediate need is temporary coverage, we view this as an opportunity to build relationships with therapists who may be interested in ongoing per diem, part-time, or full-time employment as our practice continues to grow.

Located in West Dennis, Massachusetts, Oasis Massage has been serving Cape Cod since 2005. We specialize in therapeutic massage focused on pain management, orthopedic conditions, oncology support, injury recovery, mobility restoration, and stress-related tension patterns.

Unlike a traditional spa environment, our focus is clinical outcomes, individualized treatment planning, and helping clients achieve measurable results.

What We Offer

  • Established practice with an existing client base and ongoing client demand
  • W-2 employee status with opportunities for long-term growth
  • Paid onboarding, training, and client transition support
  • Flexible scheduling options, including per diem, part-time, and potential full-time opportunities
  • Full administrative support, including reception services, online scheduling, appointment reminders, and practice management systems
  • Marketing provided by the practice so you can focus on client care
  • Collaborative, team-based work environment
  • Continuing education support and opportunities for professional development
  • No pressure to sell products, upgrades, or add-on services
  • A clinically focused practice dedicated to helping clients achieve measurable results
  • Opportunity to build lasting client relationships within an established and respected Cape Cod practice

Selected candidates complete interviews, discuss compensation and scheduling options, and participate in hands-on demonstrations.

  • October 2026: Hiring & Onboarding Begins

  • October-December 2026: Client Introductions & Transition Planning
New therapists gradually become familiar with Oasis Massage clients, treatment expectations, documentation standards, and daily operations to support a smooth transition.

  • December 18, 2026: Medical Leave Coverage Begins
Selected therapist(s) provide continuity of care for established clients during Pallas Hutchison's recovery.

  • Spring 2027: Phased Return & Long-Term Opportunities
The timing and pace of Pallas's return will be determined by her post-surgical recovery and medical clearance. As she gradually resumes her client schedule, therapist coverage needs will be adjusted accordingly. During this transition, Oasis Massage will evaluate ongoing staffing needs, therapist performance, and mutual interest in continued employment, with opportunities for per diem, part-time, or full-time positions based on practice needs and overall fit.

Gratuities

Our goal is for therapists to earn a competitive income regardless of whether a client chooses to leave a gratuity.
