Pay Structure
At our establishment, we take a different approach to compensation. We offer pay by clock hour worked, not per service. By paying an hourly wage for every hour worked, you get paid for all aspects of your role, including administrative tasks, staff meetings, and more. This commitment to an hourly wage ensures that you receive fair compensation for your dedication. With direct deposit, taxes deducted, and a consistent paycheck, you'll experience financial stability, regardless of seasonal fluctuations. This pay model also ensures that any promotions or discounts we offer will not impact your paycheck! Additionally, we provide benefits for both part-time and full-time employees.
Pay Details
As a Licensed Massage Therapist working full-time, approximately 35 clock hours and providing 20x 60-minute massages per week, you can anticipate an hourly wage ranging from $24 to $40, depending on your education and experience. This translates to gross weekly earnings of $840 to $1,400. Full-time massage therapists can expect $39,000-$62,000 in annual gross wages, before adding in the cash value of our benefits. When combined with the cash value of our available benefits, our full-time LMTs can expect to gross $42,000 to $67,000 per year. We are committed to providing you with a steady and dependable income.

We uphold a no-tipping policy driven by ethical considerations. Our practice aligns more with the medical side of the industry rather than the spa side, and as a result, we do not feel that accepting gratuities is ethically aligned with our mission. This policy is designed to provide a transparent and inclusive experience for our clients and staff alike. By refraining from accepting gratuities, we ensure that the compensation you receive accurately reflects the value of your services. We believe in fostering an ethical and professional environment that prioritizes the well-being of both our clients and our dedicated staff.
Flexible Scheduling
We believe in work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling options. Create your optimal schedule from available shifts. The schedule is reviewed and adjusted quarterly, taking into account your productivity and preferences. As of 8/26/24, we are looking to fill shifts on Monday (8:30am-12pm & 3:30pm-7:00pm), Wednesday (3:30pm-7pm), Friday (12pm-7pm), and Saturday (12pm-7pm). Additional irregular shifts may be available to provide coverage for other employees' requested days off.
All LMTs are required to work at least one Saturday shift per month. Part-time LMTs must be available to perform a minimum of 10 one-hour massages per week. Full-time LMTs may perform up to 25 one-hour massages per week, with 20 being the ideal full-time schedule.
