Mask Policy Survey Results
The majority of our clients and staff indicated comfortability with relaxing our policies regarding masks. Effective immediately, masks will be optional for vaccinated individuals. We will still require proof of vaccination; our software added a small check box in each client's profile screen for us to track this information so no one should be asked to show proof again. Clients may choose to wear a mask regardless. All of our policies apply equally to staff and clients.
There is a new variant present that we are watching. If there is a spike due to travel over April vacation, the mask policy may revert back to our current policy.
We Are Hiring But...
We will continue to look for new staff, however we will not be as aggressive in our efforts. An unfortunate number of applicants are unresponsive to interview requests. Instead of stressing ourselves out trying to chase down applicants, we will expand our benefits to invest more in our existing staff.

New Policy on Price Increases
Moving forward, we will adjust our rates each January based on the previous year's inflation rate. This rate increase will be used to give our staff annual cost of living raises. By doing this, we remain competitive in the job market and ensure that massage therapy remains a sustainable career option.
Mask Policy Survey
As the state restrictions ease up, we are watching how other businesses handle this change. We have put together a one question survey to see where our staff and clients are at regarding mask use. Our policies apply equally to staff and clients. Complete the survey here.
Survey is anonymous and live through the end of March. Any policy changes will be sent via email in early April.
While we enjoyed having Lisa here, she needed more intellectual challenge than we provided for her. She accepted a position as a paralegal at a law firm. We wish her the best on her new career path.
Unfortunately, due to staffing changes, we will no longer offer insurance billing at this time. We will revisit this once we find a replacement for Lisa. Clients may request copies of session notes and receipts to submit for reimbursement. Session notes are generally available 24-48 hours after each appointment.
We are officially an S Corps! While this doesn't affect clients directly, it allows Pallas to become an employee and receive the same benefits her staff receive. Also, she is working on adding a retirement plan for all staff.
