Personal Training

Partner with our Certified Personal Trainer to create a customized workout plan based on your goals, health history, training risk factors, muscle imbalances, and personal preferences.  A comprehensive fitness assessment determines your starting point. You'll get a new workout routine each week designed to target your goals, build your confidence, and keep you motivated. We will reassess every 4 weeks, giving you a clear picture of your progress.

Integrated workout plans may include:
  • Flexibility training
  • Cardiorespiratory training
  • Core training
  • Balance training
  • Plyometric (reactive) training
  • Speed, agility, and quickness training
  • Resistance training (weights)

Our personal trainer does not offer power lifting training as she cannot safely spot her clients during this activity. Referrals available for clients with goals related to powerlifting.

All personal training subscriptions includes unlimited access to our Self-Care Video Library. ​

Level One: Stabilization
Phase One: Stabilization looks at the foundation of all future exercise. By increasing stabilization & muscular endurance the body gains joint stability, control of posture, and coordination. 

Level Two: Strength
Phase Two: Endurance enhances stabilization endurance, improves each muscle's work capacity as well as increasing lean body mass.
Phase Three: Hypertrophy focuses on muscle growth. (optional)
Phase Four: Maximal Strength increases the amount of force each muscle can exert. (optional) 

Level Three: Power
Phase Five : Power emphasizes the development of speed & power through  functional movements that allow people to respond quickly to their environment.
