What is Postural Analysis?
Led by our experienced owner, Pallas Hutchison, who is not only a skilled massage therapist but also a certified personal trainer, our Postural Analysis service offers a comprehensive assessment of your body's alignment and balance. Using a combination of static and dynamic techniques, Pallas will evaluate your posture and movement patterns to identify any areas of imbalance or tension.

How Does It Work?
During your session, you'll undergo both static and dynamic postural analysis. For the static assessment, you'll stand still as Pallas observes your posture from different angles. Then, for the dynamic analysis, you'll perform approximately 10 overhead squats, allowing Pallas to assess your movement patterns in action. 

Understanding Your Results
After the analysis, Pallas will explain the findings in detail and discuss any areas of concern or imbalance that may be impacting your well-being. Based on these results, she will provide you with a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.
